Asparagus quiche recipe keto

This Asparagus Quiche recipe changes often depending on what I have on hand to throw it.  It doesn’t always include asparagus, but it’s a great base for any crustless quiche.  I just alter the ingredients in My Fitness Pal to make sure the macros still work for me.
This is the most recent variation:

Asparagus Quiche.

8 Serves
Calories: 260 per serve
Fat: 20g
Carbs: 1.5g
Protein 16.3g
2% Carbs – 72% Fat – 26% Protein


  • 16 eggs
  • 100g Feta
  • 50g Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups of baby spinach chopped
  • 40g chunky dip (today was Roast capsicum with cashews and parmesan)
  • A bunch of Asparagus chopped up into bite-size pieces (6 spears) – tinned works as well
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Throw all the ingredients in a bowl except the Mozzarella.  Mix well and place in a baking dish.  If I’m using a baking dish I grease it first with the olive oil, but if I’m using a silicone cupcake tray I’m too lazy and just throw the oil in the mix.

Sprinkle the Mozzarella on top and bake at 175 degrees until cooked through.  Around 25 minutes.

Other Ingredients you might use:

  • capsicum/ bell peppers
  • diced sundried tomatos
  • olives
  • different cheeses
  • brocolli chunks
