Sometimes it’s just too hard to know what to do, or keep coming up with new ideas to keep yourself motivated. With personalized programming, we talk to you about your goals and work out a program specifically for you to help you achieve them.

- You can do it in your own time, and don’t need to coordinate schedules with a trainer, or rush to the gym.
- We can make it work around the equipment and facilities you have, or make it predominantly body weight exercises if it’s just you and your lounge room floor. If you want to work out in a gym that’s great too. It’s 100% personalized for you.
- We can program workouts around your own specific injuries or goals.
- It is a lot more affordable than having a personal trainer, though you can certainly do a mix of both. And while it may cost more than a free/super cheap generic fitness program you find online, those sorts of programs aren’t personalized to your goals, you don’t get feedback and most importantly you don’t have accountability so it’s easy for you to make excuses and quit when you’re on your own.
