    As always Jill’s challenge was great, very inclusive and the community is very friendly. I’m doing it in a massively different timezone, but it doesn’t matter I can still join it. What was really good about this was that I was already doing some of the things, but it just gave me the confidence that I was on the right track. I have combined tis with the Fit Chick Express workouts which i joined after the 30 day squat challenge last year, and they have been brilliant during lockdown. I can fit in a quick 15 workout in my lunch break, which helps me keep to a routine, which brings it back round to this challenge, so its all round package

    This 5 day challenge was the perfect kickstart to get me back on track with healthy eating. Nice simple strategies that make the world of difference.
