There are a number of reasons someone might do online personal training.   We know getting to the gym is sometimes too hard, and many of our clients find it intimidating.  Online personal training begins with us talking about your goals then we create a workout to help you achieve that goal. Each week we will ask you to video a particular movement or section to give feedback and tailor your workout accordingly.  We are always happy to answer any questions or give feedback as needed.

Benefits of Online Personal Training include

  • You can do it on your own time.  You don’t need to coordinate schedules with a trainer or rush to the gym.
  • We can make it work around the equipment and facilities you have.  Workouts can be predominantly body weight exercises if it’s just you and your lounge room floor.  If you want to work out in a gym that’s great too.  It’s 100% personalized for you.
  • It is a lot more affordable than having an in person, personal trainer.  And while it may cost more than a free/super cheap generic fitness program you find online, those sorts of programs aren’t personalized to your goals, you don’t get feedback.  Most importantly, an online personal trainer gives you accountability so you don’t fall off the wagon when it gets too hard or life gets in the way.
  • Being online means everything is tracked and you can see actual results.
