- You can do it on your own time. You don’t need to coordinate schedules with a trainer or rush to the gym.
- We can make it work around the equipment and facilities you have. Workouts can be predominantly body weight exercises if it’s just you and your lounge room floor. If you want to work out in a gym that’s great too. It’s 100% personalized for you.
- It is a lot more affordable than having an in person, personal trainer. And while it may cost more than a free/super cheap generic fitness program you find online, those sorts of programs aren’t personalized to your goals, you don’t get feedback. Most importantly, an online personal trainer gives you accountability so you don’t fall off the wagon when it gets too hard or life gets in the way.

Health and Nutrition Coaching
This program is about looking at the bigger picture. We look at exercise, eating, wellness and food, not just in terms of calories, but in how it makes you feel emotionally and physically.
Possible goals could include:
-weight loss
-more energy
-better sleep
-more balanced hormones
-preparing for pregnancy
We meet up once a week to chat and review how you’ve been going and make adjustments as we go.  It is about finding your bio-individuality. There is something that will work for you, we just need to find it. You can always email with any questions and we will check in via email as regularly as you think is required.
This program is billed monthly for a minimum of 3 months, you can cancel at any time after then, or move into a maintenance program where we meet up on a less frequent basis to keep you on track.
