How doe Nutrition Coaching work?
We check in on a weekly basis to look at how you are eating, tweak what has been going on and make a plan for the week ahead. Working over a minimum of 12 weeks, the direction of the coaching is based on your goals and where you are in your nutrition journey right now.

How does Personal Training work?
Personal training can either be done face to face or online via Zoom. We get together and I take you through the training session at set times each week.
Workouts include a mix of mobility, cross training, cardio and strength building.
With online clients we work with the equipment they have on hand, or lack there of. I guarantee I can make you sweat and tone, even without weights at home.
How does Personalized Programming work?
After an initial consultation, three workouts are programmed for you each week that you can do in your own time. This includes video sharing for me to be able to provide feedback on your technique and form. As well as way of staying accountable.
Once again these workouts are personalized around your goals, injuries, weaknesses and strengths.
